Wrong commitments, high charge, lousy service

I was confirmed a 2010 model toyota innova, and full schedule was given by email to the company - which promised 2010 model car, mineral water bottle, tissue paper box, newspaper, driver in uniform etc. They sent a 2007 model DIRTY car, late driver, and on top, the owner, Soham shah dared to shout back on me, the customer when I asked him to apologize for all these lousy services - I request all of you to NEVER BOOK ANY CAR THROUGH PINEWOOD CARS and on their website - www.bookacar.in.

I have initiated action with the consumer redressal forum, and lodged an official complaint, a copy of which can be requested from me on my email kapilgoel79@gmail.com
