Huge delay in Delivery/Poor Customer Service

Through Pioneer Transport Service (2-6-16/17, Flat No. G3, Block A, Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Apartment, LIC Colony, Sikh Village, Secunderabad 500009. Tel: 040-40059142), I have sent three boxes (house hold items, books, dvds & awards) to Madurai on 20th November. They have charged 3090 INR for the same and confirmed me that the door delivery at madurai will happen on 25th November.

As of today (12-Dec), the shipment is not yet been made. I have been calling the office daily and they are not responding properly (also using abusive words and improper comments). Whenever I call, the contact person Mr A.K.Chowdhury (9885471555) is either not picking up the phone or giving false commitments that it will be delivered next day.

This has been a huge pain for me as back in my home, they are awaiting for the delivery daily and my calls are not being attended properly.

Please do let me know if you need any additional information. I request that there has to be some action taken on this company so that in future no one goes through such a pain.
