This is to bring to your notice how irresponsible is Honda Service Centers. I had purchased a CB Unicorn bike in the month of May from Planet Honda Showroom located in Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. I purchased Honda due to the trust in the vehicle in terms of performance. But what really disappointed me was the behavior and the way the service staff in the showroom handles a customer and the vehicle. During the first service itself they handed over me the bike with scratches on the wing of tail lamp. During the second service they promised anti fade coating but when i went to take the bike they never did any service not even the coating but they charged me around 200rs for the service. Last week i gave the bike for a final free service, just for a check up and they handed over the bike to me with a Dent on the Fuel tank, scratches on the front tyre bumper. i had lost all my patience with Honda2wheelers, this cant get worse than this. Being a new bike i had not even made any scratches or dent on the bike myself, but Thanks to Honda for giving me my bike with all scratches and Dents all over.

in short very pathetic after sales service from Honda. I hope this is not the case all over India since its such a shame for us.
