Delay of delivery

Sir,

I had booked a car before six month, the car was swift dzire ZDI (BLACK) in Popular, Kottarakkara. The dealers commited the delivery on first week of jan. Since we are working abroad (Abhudhabi) they inform us that the vehicle arrived and tell us to pay the full amount. For this purpose we came on the exact date in an emergency leave. I have paid the amount but they refuse to deliver the vehicle saying some unnecessary reasons. I am here by mentioning the reference numbers of the complaints we produced. 7258126151.So i kindly request u to do the necessary for the above mentioned complaint. I wish u do the things as early as possible.
