Hello,

This complain is against Popular Car (situated in Bhayandar West) regarding negligence and delay in all the processings.

To support my complain :

I booked Ford Figo on 12th Jan and paid advance payment of 40K. While booking the care Mr. Vikas and Mr. Abdul from Popular cars assured me that within 1 weeks time loan processing will be completed and after confirmation from bank within 15 days my car should be delivered. However its been 3 months now and Mr. Abdul is still struggling with the loan processing in spite of giving all the documents from my side. He is delaying the process unnecessary. When tried to contact him, every time he gives useless excuses. Which is now acceptable after 3 months.

Request you to please help me in cancelling the deal and help me in getting the advance payment amount refund with the interest of 3 months.

Also if possible charge the penalty for false commitment to consumer.
