Horrible experience while giving my car for servicing at Solar Automobiles, St John's Road, Bangalore

I gave my new car for 2nd free service at Solar Automibiles, St John's road. They called me after one day saying car is ready and come and take the car. When reached we found out that they dint even wash the car and also the car floor was not cleaned. When asked they dint agree and told they had washed the car. When we asked the supervisor and told him, initially he too said that they had washed it, so we wanted to talk to general manager. Then he admitted that because of pump breakdown they dint wash it. They were very rude and not responding properly and gave the car like that only. We were very dissappointed and after this incident we have made our mind not to give our car to service to them hereafter.

CAUTION TO PUBLIC: Please dont ever give your car to Solar automobiles for servicing. Suppose if you give, then please make sure (dont be in a hurry) and check thoroughly everything which needs to done as part of servicing has done properly.
