$15 Admin Fee on Tollway Violation

Enterprise seems to have a new revenue model these days by charging $15 admin fee on unpaid toll amount. Today, I received a notice from Enterprise on an apparent Illinois tollway violation for $1.50 when I rented the car in Aug. It also says they are assessing a $15 administrative and processing fee, which is just atrocious. It was a Open Road Tolling (ORT) and the first time I've ever been through. Illinois Tollway itself has charrged only the actual toll amount that indicates this was never a violation but a missed toll amount but Enterprise didn't care. The violation department number can never be reached through the (630) 693-2930 and directly goes to voicemail always. I am regular at Enterprise and I used to like them very much but I vow never to rent from them again ever!
