We have booked tickets from chennai to port blair and port blair to chennai on 24-10 and 28-10. Since the flight was cancelled by airlines we were unable to travel on those days. We have informed for processing of refund on 20-10-12. But up to now we have not received the money to my account. We have mailed them. But no response from them. We have booked the tickets by online fly king fisher.com website through online sbi net banking account. So I kindly request you to do our needful thing since we have to refund this money to our office. I hereby submit the details.
