Our Car Swift Dzire zxi Model having a service issue. Climate Control front panel plate having a crack. Initially it was a small crack with last few months it fully cracked and now started few more new crack (self cracking), it is purely a quality issure because it is cracking without any reason. I contacted the service center to replace the front panel plate since it is under extended warranty and maruti insurance. But they told me that they didn't got approval for the same. My car serviced only at maruit authorized service centre and in the same service center till today. Kindly advice me what to do get it replaced.
