Flight cancellation not refunded

I had booked a flight ticket from bangalore to guwahati for 5sep. however I cancelled the ticket on 3sep. I was promised within one month I will get the refund to my credit card as the booking was done online through credit card.but till now I have not got the refund and I am paying interest on the credit card every time.i call them daily and a person from accounts name-dharmender singh, tells me that it will be done within 2 days.but till now its not done.please help me to get my money back.and that person never responds well in the call.please solve this issue. i have done many follow ups in call and email but no use
