Non delivery of 2nd new gas refill for which paid Rs. 1905/- on 03.08.2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Manoj Kumar visited Sondhi Gas Agency J-3, CSC Market, Saket, New delhi 110017 on 03.12.2012 (Monday) and purchased/booked second new gas refill connection on my consumer No-34567 and paid Rs. 1905/- thereafter. The official of Sondhi Gas Agency promised to deliver new gas refill with in 2/3 days. But the same has not been delivered to my residential addressed till date. Today is 18.12.12. It's more than 15 days. I'm running short of gas in my only gas cylinder available at my resident and facing acute hardship. Please expedite for delivery of the same. Best regards.
