FRAUD - NOT REFUNDING THE BOOKING AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

I will like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked I20 car, Sportz model 1.2 with MGF Hyundai by paying Rs. 73725/- favoring MFG Automobiles Ltd. The receipt number for the same is 5814 and the allotment number is N1203R-01123, dtd- 05-12-12. I cancelled my booking on December 8th, 12 and I was given an assurance that I will be immediately refunded the money by deducting Rs. 5000/-, however, it’s been close to two weeks and I have followed up continuously with their sales executive who has collected the money from me by I have been told that MGF Hyundai Director Mr. Pawan Gupta has not been coming to office so therefore the cheque cannot be issued. I than told them about taking a legal action in this case.

Upon hearing about legal case I was threatened by their sales executive Manish Gandhi and Vijay Kumar that now the money will not be refunded to me and their Director Pawan Gupta and them will do a physical harm to me if I choose to go for that option.

I can sense some serious fraud has happened here as they continue to refuse the payment until their Director returns and now I have been threatened to get physically assaulted. The cheque was handed over in good faith and I am compelled to launch a FIR against them for Police to take a legal action for money to be returned and I for my safety.

I will request you to kindly look in to the case and suggest the best option.
