Poor quality & high cost

Dear Sir,

I have purchased YO Speed bike 3 years before at a cost of Rs.41000. I had run 11000 kms and i had already spent Rs.4000 for repairs and now there is a problem in battery and there have suggested to replace the battery which cost Rs.16000.

The mechanic says normally battery life is upto 3 years and it is a common issue. They are advertising this bike as an alternative petrol and cost saving. but it is wrong actually there is no proper service for YO bikes in Navi Mumbai and bike are at over cost. Similar bikes in chennai are sold at cost below Rs30000 and they are robust.

Request your action for the companies who cheat on the customers.
