User id & pass word / non receipt of confirmation code in e mail id

T.S. Krishna murthy- My mobile no. is 9890429330 and e mail id is krishnamurthytrichysrinivasan@ yahoo.com. Some months back i had tried registering with IRCTC. I have forgotten my user id & password. Further the OTP sent in mobile is not known to me and confirmation of the same was not received in my said email. I am trying to register with IRCTC again but every time it sends a message that my mobile no is registered with IRCTC. However with OTP on mobile & Confirmation id in my email I am not able to proceed further. I do not understand why the IRCTC has not simplified the Regn. process. Kindly help in getting through my registration with IRCTC for easy booking of tickets.
