About my car inurance claim

Dear sir im N Manju s/o narayana reddy #64, soppahalli village kasaba circle, anekal tq bangalore 562106

i have insured my car in bharti general insurance vehicle no: KA51MB 2446, and policy no: I0564639

when im driving the car at NH 7 service road suddenlly one child crosses the road i was suddenlly break the car it rushed to a stone nearby and damaged under the car gear box case oil was leakage and i saved the child .then my car was not moved so i tow the vehicle to car garage volk wagan palacecross and they said its damaged gearbox i applied for claim to the insurance company but now they are only giving the 2 parts .other parts are under claim they are saying .so kindly help us.
