NO REFUND AFTER 20 MONTH

I HAVE BOOK SIX TATKAL TKT FROM JAMMU TO HOWRAH (PNR-2220213513, JOURNEY 09 MAY) ON 07 MAY BY HIMGIRI EXP IN AC 2 TIER . DURING THIS JOURNEY AC 2 TIER COACH NOT ATTACHED IN THIS TRAIN . SO I HAVE SUBMIT TDR FILE FOR REFUND ME EXCESS FARE AND SUBMIT ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENT TO THE IRCTC. BUT SORRY TO SAY STILL NOW NO REFUND RECEIVED FROM IRCTC . WHEN I CONTACT TO THE IRCTC BY EMAIL THEY REPLY ME THAT REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND THEY SEND ANOTHER REMINDER WITH ALL DOCUMENTS TO THE REFUND DEPARTMENT KOLKATA . AFTER THAT I AM ALSO CALL TO THE KOLKATA REFUND OFFICE UNDER EASTERN RAILWAY. THE REPRESENTATIVE (MR M HUSSAIN, CONT - 033 2222 7257) SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENT FROM IRCTC REGARDING THIS PNR.

SO PLEASE TAKE A ACTION ABOUT THIS MATTER .
