High bill

This month i have received high bill amount of Rs.1333/- but i have chosen unlimited plan. So why the amount instead of 843/- is come so much i asked in customer care no. He replied i have used Wi-fi. But i have not used Wi-Fi nor i have taken in my plan. Also i have direct connection of broadband there no rator needed/connected. Pls inform me why the bill is so much and why it is showing Wi-fi. Kindly do the needful. tks, Urvashi
