My stuff has not arrived

I shipped my stuff from USA to India as I was going to move back to India. I shipped in July and haven't received my stuff yet and they haven't bothered to communicate or answer my emails. The only time I heard from someone was on 1st Nov when it said the ship was due to arrive in Mumbai and they needed some forms faxed by me. I did that within 3-4 days and have not heard a single word ever since. It's been more than 5 months now and I'm pretty disgusted with them. I don't have a good feeling about whether I'm going to get my stuff and in what condition. If any sevenseas admin bothers to read customers' emails, please contact me on 9752598409!
