No repair or change of the product

I bought a royal enfield motor cycle on march . the company had manufacturing defect in a box which lead the bike to have missing when the engine runs . the company also offered free replacement but their was no information about it, i want to replace that bike and even engine sounds very strange . the company also closed its showroom from shimla . and now i am left with none of any good option rather filing a complaint against the company . 0-9857680007 is my mobile num . please fetch me some help
