Very Bad service

I purchased a truck from them in December I had to phone on numerous occasions to get any response from Casper in sales. Eventually Cornel helped me and we had the finance approved in January. I signed the OTP Jan 25 and eventually signed the contract 8 Feb. I have been promised delivery for 2 weeks now and everytime we phone nobody comes back to us, I was promised delivery Friday 15th or latest Saturday 16th, no call was received to inform me that the delivery can't happen, we were then promised Monday 18th and still no call, we have to keep on phoning to get a reply, I then received an e-mail to say that the truck will be deliverred 11h00 Wednesday, when I phoned at 11h15 I was told by Casper that he's still not on his way as he was getting the permit ready and putting diesel in the tank, when I queried how long he thinks this will take because I know a permit takes 5 minutes to complete and the diesel can't take that long I was asked if I want to do his job for him. I do not recommend that branch as even the Sales Manager doesn't reply on e-mails or phone calls. It's supposed to be a good experience when you buy something new but this is not the case.
