Checked in baggage lost

I was a passenger on Air India flight IC 902 on 4th Aug from Delhi to Bengaluru. Although I checked in my baggage (22 L red strolley) personally, the bag went missing in transit. Upon arrival I filled in a form at the airline office and that was the end of it. Air India has so far not taken the initiative to contact me and let me know the status og the bag/ help me in claiming insurance.
