Delay for 3 hours with no reasons, consolements & compensations

My wife & me flew on Air India from London to new delde by AI116 at 1330 hours on 2nd nov. the airplane boarded us an hour late & made us sit in the plane for 2 hours. finally it flew with out any apologies & reasons for delay. i missed my taxi booked from delhi to chandigarh. i had to manage a local bus from delhi to chandigarh with 2 cabin baggages & 2 full baggages. i would never suggest air india to any enemy even.

it was just a very highly disappointing exeprience.
