Air India is one company that i have seen had multiple issues. First they wo'nt call u when flight is delayed, there is no staff to help. After Diwali on Sunday (7 Nov), there is utter chaos on International Airport. People have confirmed tickets and no seat is given. Looks like post Diwali they have sold it at higher rate so as to receive good money. I think no body should take ever an AIR INDIA or INDIAN AIRLINES flight. They are literally SARKARI and will remain so. MAY THIS END.Helpline pople make fun of you. PLZ PLZ PLZ do'nt hire any AIR INDIA flight.
