AI took 84000 INR for open ticket from Phoenix to mumbai, i have been trying to confirm the return ticket any date between 18th dec to 2'nd Jan. I have called them so many time, either the call gets dropped, they disconnect the call after taking information or they tell me that they will give a call back (which never happens).

It appears to me that i need to buy another ticket separately, AI is refusing to refund the money and they will not confirm the ticket also any day between 18th to 2'nd Jan. I never realised Travelling/buying ticket with AI will be so painful. They really need to be punished. Shame on them for being so un-professional, un-ethical.
