Lost luggage

My bag was not offloaded in Delhi after Air India IXCDEL 1520 flight from Chandigarh to Delhi on 12 December. I filed complaint 1C214930 with the baggage claim office at 1800 on 12 Dec when the bag was not offloaded. Since we were flying to Sydney and would be traveling around Ausralia for 21/2 weeks we requested the bag be sent to our home address of 68 Issaquah Dock, Sausalito, CA, 94965 USA.

As of today, after multiple queries, we have no idea where our bag is located. Please provide whatever assistance you can.
