Loss of baggage

I travelled from New Orleans (USA) to Chicago (USA) to Delhi on 4 Nov and to Mumbai on 5 Nov. Flight details were as follows.

New Orleans to Chicago: UA 6608 on 4 NOV

Chicago to New Delhi: AI126 on 4 NOV

New Delhi to Mumbai: IC 657 on 5 Nov

Baggage was booked from New Orleans to Delhi and TAG NO was UA600962. However baggage did not come to Delhi. I lodge a property irregularity report at Delhi. File reference is DELAI32265/05NOV10/1629GMT.

I was not guided properly. I was told that customs form for clerance of mishandled baggage is to be given to Mumbai. However Mumbai told me to give it at Delhi. I donot know what to do? Please locate my baggage and delivered at my residence.
