Baggage misplaced by Air India

To Whomever It May Concern

My son, a minor, Premankur Roy, age 13 have travelled the flight of Air India AI 317 from Honkkong to Delhi on the 23rd December and was connect on AI 9809 from Delhi to Ranchi on the 24th December morning.

His baggage was through checked in by the Air India Staff at the Hongkong Airport Baggage Tag no : 0098755258 but didn't reach the destination on 24th December.

The irresponsibility of Air Inidia not only caused agony, grief and harassment to the minor it also caused us a lot of trouble and money as all his winter wear clothes were in the baggage.

We request Air India to compensate for the loss incurred and the harassment caused.
