Air India
Excess charge

I have reserved a ticket with Air India at their office at Egmore, Chennai on 11/7 with E-ticket No:0982101190638. I have requested the lowest fare. But they issued at the highest fare in S-class. The fare prevailing on net on the same date with the yatra.com, and with my travel.com etc was Rs.2545/-only how can Air India charges an exorbitant rate of Rs.4105/-. This attitude of Air India kills air india itself.
