In August I came from USA to India. My baggages did not arrive on time and Air India offered me 3000/-. My baggage arrived thankfully in a week but after hundreds of calls and so much follow up, noone has even bothered to send me my money yet. Not sure who should I approach because noone at the airport picks up; noone responds to any email. Pathetic customer service. It has been 3 years since then.
