Dear sir i want to make a complaint of a your ground staff at the delhi airport terminal 3 visitor lounge (2nd floor) about their negligence and lack of knowledge.

it happens this way . on 02 oct i went to the above said counter(@approx 09:30am) and tried to book the ltc80 tickets but i was unable to confirm since i was sort of money; then i go to my home and take the money and comes back (@approx 02:00pm) by that time the shift was change.

their i meet the person name rajesh kumar he told me to go to safdarjung airport office as ltc80 tickets can only be book from there only.

my complaint is that how the first person at 09:30am was able to book the tickets but the other person name rajesh kumar was not able to book and also he was giving me negative reply and non cooperative ;

secondly i was told by call center person i can book my ltc80 tickets from any counter of air india.

third their i meet a customer from army he said i had book my tickets from air india counter itself from chennai.

my question is why are your people giving me different answer each time
