Not refunding the money

We had booked air india ticket from Delhi to jammu and return ticket as well on 12th april for the journey date as below:

delhi to jammu:21st june

jammu to delhi:25th/24th June

Due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to perform the journey on the above mentioned, so we rescheduled the ticket to 15th june and 18th june respectively. Due to unavailability of the return tickets, only delhi to jammu ticket has been rescheduled to 15th june. We want refund of our return journey ticket but they are everytime giving some or the other excuses. they are saying you will get money at delhi. sometimes they are saying you will get money in Jammu.

not sure what to do?

we have booked this Air india ticket from one of their booking counter in Hazratganj Lucknow Uttar pradesh.

Kindly help, as our almost 28000 rs is with Air India.

I tried reaching air india customer care as well and other sources, but no one is attending our calls

my father is a kidney patient and my mother is heart patient.

single penny is very precious to us

Due to shortage of time in jammu and delhi, we will not be able to enquire on the air india counters there as my father undergoes dialysis twice a week,

so the whole journey is been planned according to dialysis dates.
