Dear Sir, the airlines operating from India to Gulf practice a very confusing baggage policy. When the ticket is booked, on the onward journey they allow 30 Kg, but on the return its only 20 Kg, why the difference. After all either one way or return, the ticket is priced x amount for one way and 2x for return. Then how they can justify, is there any underhand agreement with the cargo/transportation companies to accomodate their extra cargo for a bribe. Regards, Venkat Krishna
