Airtel hidden charges

I have been activated for friends and family package with out my notice. where Airtel is charging 1rs per day. In that package they added one number as my friend which unknown number to me (9600506859). I called the customer care they told me to call

12141/ 5/3 9600506859/ 1 to deactivate the number and plan. But this IVR is not at all working. I called customer care again they started telling another process. which also not working. Please some one help me to deactivate this number. I dont want to lose 1Rs per day. my mobile number is 9632900279.
