Nondelivery of parcel

We have sent a courier thru BlazeFlash collected on 11th April 08 to be delivered within Delhi. Even after 4 working days, the parcel were not delivered to consignee. While checking Blazeflash (there name should be changed to Blameflash) says, we are unable to track the parcel, we are checking. This checking contined for three days and no positive results made.

Delay in delivering the parcel lead to a heavy delay in our production and we have to hear a lot from our buyer and pay 5-% airfreight cost.

We cannot rely or trust this courier company. Its better to use Indiapost than sending parcel thru Blazeflash. They are so irresponsible, irregular and irrereverant to customers.
