Harassed and cheated by the company

We were scheduled to leave bangalore to jodhpur via mumbai. I received all the necessary confirmations (payments, bookings, etc.) from you on 17th night itself. We paid an amount of Rs. 12, 906 for which we got a confirmation from you too. When we reached airport on 18th sep. to catch the flight the indian airlines officials refused to believe us that we had already made the payment. They said they had the bookings with them but no confirmation from your side. I tried contacting your helpline number from my roaming phone and you made me wait for half an hour. I left two voice messages but i got absolutely no response. Never in my life i felt so harassed. Finally i had to pay for the tickets again and only then i was allowed to board the flight. So effectively i have paid for the tickets twice. This was my first time with ezeego1.com and the service and response from your side is pathetic.
