Dear Sir

I had book for a cab service for 9th of sep 2011 8.15am, on 8th sep 2011 evening, so that there wont be any delay in getting a proper service from fast track.

But on 9th sep morning even after 7.45 am the cab driver didnt call to get my whereabouts, wherein i called fast track only to find out that my cab has not been ordered and it will be delayed by 20-30mins. After repeated insisting they agreed to send the cab by 8.15am, but even after 8.10am no cab driver came or called to find out about my address. wherein i decided to call an auto and go for work. the cab driver calls at 8.15 am asking where i am, wherein i was forced to cancell the cab as i was running late. wherein if i had waited for the cab i would be late for work by almost an hour as the trafic in guindy at that time will be unbeilivbly high and i would have never reached my office on time. I had also inofrmed tham that i was pregnant and at this late stage it would be difficult for me to look for other vehicle, but there was no positive response on service from them. I had no choice but to look for an auto.

this is not the first time i had such a bad experience with fast track. the operators are not at all responding properly or responsibly... the only thing they say is sorry and not finding a solution for my problem.

I had already informed during my booking that as i had experienced delay befor from fast track pls ensure you are prompt to the operator, but still they were late.

they have no value for normal citizen's time. I dont know what kind of service they are running. I will no longer use fast track services. I also know the name of the operator to whom i had spoken on 9th sep. My booking number is 2550.
