Mishandling of baggage

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had travelled through your airline flight number IT107 from mumbai to bangalore on the 31st of May my boarding sequence is SEQ/102, 106 and 107. This is inform you that one of my bag when received at the bangalore conveyer belt was open. The code of my lock was opened, the zip of my bag was opened and it looked like someone has opened it from the front and put their hand in the centre as if looking for something. I am very disturbed to find this when it happened and strongly object to this. Nobody should open a bag at any given circumstance. Kindly look in to this and take necessary action. Nothing was missing from the bag but even then this event cannot be be accepted.
