Hathway digital set top box
Not working

Sir,

I have hathway digital cable line. I am facing problem in set top box from last 2 months. I have call up there service centre for many times. I have also send mail on 21 & 24 mar. But till date there is no action. There customer call centre is also not give any senior person contact number.

What to do? Please guide me.
