Dear Sir,

About a month back I called on telephone no 41514332 to apply for credit card and I was directed to call on tele no 64547908 and i spoke to Kajol and she sent one gentle man to our residence to get my signature and he took one xerox copy of my PAN card. till date nothing has come out of it and every time i ring up this number i get contradictory response one person saying that they have not received any appliction, another person saying that the said application is under process and they will get back to me shortly. in themeantime i keep getting inmy emails that there is lot ofcredit cardsfrauds going on. So I am extremely worried about the whole situation. When i visited Surya Kiran building branch where my savings bank a/c is maintained they connected me to phonebanking and I got again contradictory response. My sb a/c no is0031000060834. kindly do the needful andintimate to me at the earliest at the above mentioned email id.
