Selling old stuck as the new stuck

I have purchased a brand new dio bike from hero honda show room branch in aizawl, they have sold the bike to me as the new stuck but after the payment i see that the bike was last year stuck. now i was there and the branch manager is saying it was my duty to find out this information where there is no paper to see what is there.
