Worst after sale service

I purchased my new Honda CIvic on 21st January. Ever since 21st March there is a very foul smell coming from the A/C, the car being under warranty i sent it to Arya Honda Service center. It has been six months, at the problem is not yet resolved. I have tried for six months to talk to a senior representative, but know body calls back. Six months to fix one problem in a car, This is the reputation of HONDA. And the problem is still nor rectified.
