Speed Meter not working

I have purchase honda active on 27 Feb & till now my honda activa main speed meter not working. i purchased it from Regent Honda Sector15A. I request to the dealer but they said that no spare parts available from last one year. So, I decided to book a complaints. Please slove my issue on urgent basis.
