High charges on service for parts not requested to be changed

There are two complaints here:

1. Fortune motors had a printed self declaration that they would service scooters and return them the same day if delivered to them between 8 and 10 in the morning. I had given mine at 8.20 am on Saturday, 17th 2011. I never got a call from them, so i called them (at 4 pm) and was informed that only washing of the scooter was left. When i personally went to the service centre at 5 pm (since 5.30 is closing time), they told me to collect it on Monday, 19th. I really had a struggle to get to office without my own transport.

2. When the service man wrote down details regarding servicing of my scooter (Honda Activa: registered AP 10 AS 6353), he told me he would inform me about any parts to be changed if required. I must say, my scooter was working really good and did not require any change of parts. I was not informed and moreover they had changed the spark plug which was working just fine. They simply changed it without my knowledge and never bothered to let me know and thus jacking up my bill.

They are only trying to exploit customers. It really shows an act off cheapness. I pray that executives from Honda Japan make a visit to this service station and see the dirty atmosphere. It really is an oil stain on Honda's name.
