Not delievering on time

My consumer no- 600668. Connection with - Devi mookambigai gas agencies, Vandalur.

The service provider is always delaying the deliveries and their response is also not good. I have booked the cylinder on 20th November and till now i havenot received the cylinder. The turnaround time for getting the cylinder after the booking date is taking nearly 20 days month on month.

The service that i am getting is totally dissatisified to me.
