About the bad quality engine

i m jabed from silchar (ASSAM) i have buyed hundai eon from silchar showroom named S.B.hunhai on feb i went at service center 3 times for the same complain of my engine that it gives a massive jerk when its speed is between 20-40 kmph for 2 or 3 times they are giving me an excuse that it is a company fault and its a800 cc car thats why i tell u that i had before maruti 800 too it is also 800 cc car it doesnot give such type of problems plez plez save me from this seviour problem. MY 3 FRIENDS HAD ALSO SAME CAR HE IS ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM WE ALL ARE GOING TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION

And this is all for hundai eon buyers DONT BUY HUNDAI EON THIS IS A WORST CAR WITH MANIFICTURING DEFECTS
