Lost of money

It is one of worst experiences what we gained from Online Purchases. My brother sent one DVD player almost 6 months back from USA. The Site is “Teluguone.com” . The DVD player is from the Company “HYUNDAI”. The Distributors are “RajKamal Distributors, Ameerpet”, Hyderabad. There is a drama is happening with these people. Anyhow we got worst Hyundai DVD player. We are getting mental torture from these people.

Hyundai people services are very bad. Neither they are giving new piece or not rectifying the problem. In whole scenario we came to know that Hyundai is proving bad services. we contacted the different HYUNDAI show rooms. WE do not believe that HYUNDAI Company now. Anyhow we lost around 4000/- rs. Through online purchase. Ultimately we are only losers.
