Poor service

I took santro car to the HMP workshop Delhi (DL9CG 5702) for repairs on 21/08 (gear oil leakage). The car was delivered to me on 24/08 after charging Rs.13000/- .But i was stunned to discover that the traces of the oil emanating from the gear box and the gear box is damaged. The higher authorities never take care of the customers in this company.
