Non delivery on time

I am the consumer of indane gas bearing customer no.:27251 with SAFIDON GAS SERVICE, bal bhawan shopping comp., safidon, Distt. JIND (HRY.). i want to complaint regarding lazy or rude behaviour of gas agency staff. whenever i called the agency to book my cylinder, they said that i can book the cylinder after 21 days and i will get the cylinder after another 20 days but how a cylinder could last for 40days in a family. For this we have to suffer alot. why we had suffer for this.

so its a humble request to u to take this matter seriously & take some action as soon as possible.
