Regarding Refill of Gas

We are a customer of household Indane Gas in Korba, Chhattisgarh. As per the rule that, a customer has to refill his gas cylinder before 6 months otherwise he has to take a new connection, I refilled my gas cylinder before 3 months. But our local Indane gas distributor didn't give us the receipt of the same by saying there are some technical problems. And now when I went to refill the gas cylinder again after 3 months, they are saying that 6 months duration is over and we will have to take a new connection worth Rs.350.We have taken the new connection as we didn't have any receipt of proof against the previous refill of the gas cylinder. This complaint is due for seeking your attention towards the misbehavior of the local Indane gas distributor of Korba, office of Indane Gas here is in Transport Nagar. Kindly, look after this serious issue and take some strict actions against the same.
