Indane Gas
Delay in Booking/Delivery

I am having a Consumer No. 1659 with the Vikram Enterprises, Sector -1, Indane Gas Agency, Bokaro steel City, Jharkhand - 827001.

They are booking for re-filling cylinder after 21 days of delivery and agian saying that It will delivered after 21 days. I booked for Gas cylinder on 16.02.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.
